Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please review the return and refunds policy below.

Returns 

Standard Grade 

If you are not satisfied with your standard-grade hat purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of order date. We must receive your return within 30 days of order date for it to be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted in their original, unused, and unaltered condition with all tags and in original packaging. Hats returned must be clean, with no signs of wear, and free of lint, hair, stains, or other deviations from the original condition.

Please note that we charge a $10 shipping & restocking fee for all standard-grade returns. We will not refund the original shipping cost.

Any concerns or comments regarding any potential defect or construction issue must be reported to info@wovenique.com within 10 days of order delivery. We recommend trying on/inspecting any purchases immediately after receipt so we can handle any concerns promptly and effectively.

Premium Grade 

If you are not satisfied with your premium-grade hat purchase, you may return your hat within 14 days of order date. We must receive your return within 14 days for it to be accepted. Please note that we charge a $25 shipping and restocking fee for each returned premium grade hat. This includes the cost of shipping and an increased level of Quality Assurance to validate the condition of the returned hat. Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Hats returned must be in their original unaltered condition. Hats returned must be clean, with no signs of wear, and free of lint, hair, stains, or other deviations from the original condition. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached. Products returned outside of these conditions will be refused.

Any concerns or comments regarding any potential damage, defect, or construction issues must be expressed within 10 days of order delivery. We recommend trying on/inspecting any purchases immediately after receipt so we can handle any concerns promptly and effectively.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested and fulfilled when the returned products are received by Wovenique within 14 days of order fulfillment. The returned hats must be in their original, unaltered condition, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A $20 shipping & restocking fee will be applied for standard-grade items that are returned. A $50 shipping & restocking fee applies for premium-grade items that are returned.This includes the cost of shipping the returned product and the new shipment.

Return Process

If the return conditions are met, please contact info@wovenique.com with your order number and reason for return. A return label and instructions will be provided for eligible returns. Shipping rates will apply accordingly. Please allow up to 2 weeks, after shipment receipt, for a refund payment to apply to the original payment method.
